The challenge

Migrants entering Europe face many obstacles every day, from piles of legal paperwork, finding housing, to starting a job and rebuilding their lives from scratch. Stuck in camps far away from local communities, they are unable to work, use their skills, let alone integrate into society. Hereby, the gap between western society and migrants only grows, while political discussions stagnate and prevent real action from taking place.

The solution

Restart Europe aims to improve the lives of migrants by providing a social support network to migrants entering European countries. It does so by facilitating personal help with legal matters, joining a social club and connecting with locals to learn more about the community. Moreover, it offers an opportunity for migrants to share their talents and apply their skills in their new community. Restart Europe strives to connect communities, perspectives and make migrants feel welcome. By taking real action, we can make real impact.
