The challenge

The current competition in Poland is dominated by conservative legal offices, notaries and free samples of legal documents in the web. There are roughly 200 000 inheritance cases in Polish courts every year which provides a great opportunity for the development. The service from a lawyer is expensive and takes more time while there is a growing demand for the automation of model and repetitive documents used for instance by companies in labour law. No solution has been created for individual clients in a large sector for Polish law such as the inheritance law.

The solution

We propose faster, cheaper and transparent resolution of the inheritance case by generation of documents needed for legal proceedings in Poland through asking precise questions written in our forms. Our code inputs the needed data given by the client into the prepared models of legal papers suitable for many universal situations. This allows easy coordination of one’s inheritance case with minimal contribution from the lawyer (except for the verification of the final document). In addition, our B2B model projects providing customers with more difficult cases to legal offices on a commission basis.

Trustree's goal is to automate the documents necessary in court proceedings in Polish inheritance cases in order to facilitate the process for individual clients.
