The challenge

Data is everywhere and more data is available every day. However, in the Netherlands as well as the rest of Europe much of this data is not used to its full potential. Currently, companies are lacking the right people to deal with the huge amounts of information out there. On the one hand, data teams are not educated adequately, or simply nonexistent. On the other hand, there is a lack of incentives for data analysts to join companies in Europe.

The solution

In order to make optimal use of the data available, change is necessary. Tech Talent Advanced wants to solve this issue by offering a consultancy service. This service focuses on business and data analytics. Firstly, it includes education for current employees who are lacking the required skills. The level of analysis differs per company, so education is tailored to each of their specific needs. Moreover, it aims to raise awareness about the importance of data analytics through articles and makes it more accessible to a larger audience. This way, Tech Talent Advanced is taking business- and data analytics to the next level!
