What do you do when you have just graduated and are looking for a job? It can be extremely difficult for young people to find a job that aligns with their values in the abundance of online vacancies. For companies on the other hand, motivated graduates that fit into the company culture are hard to attract. The current, dull application processes makes it even harder to find potential. How can we offer young graduates an easy application process for jobs with purpose and simultaneously support companies in attracting suitable employees?

The solution

We want to create a platform (app) on which companies and graduates can find the perfect fit that matches their purpose and values. By creating a profile, job seekers can present themselves using their cv, but also sharing their interests and passions. They can easily swipe through the vacancies that employers have uploaded, and match with those that sparks their interest. Companies have the possibility to present themselves in a more informal setting, using pictures and short informational texts. Furthermore, they can post several job offers and meet high-potential workforce that aligns with their culture.
