The challenge

The Dutch business world currently does not live up to the politically established women quotum of 30%. I want to look into this legally/policy wise, in order for entrepreneurs to reach the quotum more easily. This is possible as other European countries are already ahead in this development. Also, politicians are creating new laws which might change a lot.

The solution

Het verduidelijken van het politieke doel en handvaten aanbieden voor het makkelijker behalen van het gestelde percentage van 30% vrouwen aan de top. Making the political goal clearer, as well as offering figurative handles in order to reach the quotum of 30% women at the top more easily.
