The challenge

Many people generate creative ideas but do not know how to transform them into something concrete. On the other side, many people have the skills to transform these ideas but do not have the incentive to keep creating or they do not have a place where they can express themselves. Ideas, skills, and opportunities are lost on both sides.

The solution

Creating a bridge between both sides allows for a win-win situation. First, Work In Progress recognizes creative talent in students. This includes photography, video-editing, music production, DJing, etc. Work In Progress gives students a project to work on while also getting compensated. Second, people who are in need of these creative skills are able to hire a student talent for a fair price.
